Chef Noah Blom’s first taste of the culinary industry came at age 14, working for Hans Pager at the Ritz Restaurant in Newport Beach, where he gained valuable experience until he finished high school. He continued his education with more formal training by heading to San Francisco to attend the California Culinary Academy (CCA), after which, he moved to NYC to work at the noted Restaurant Daniel.
As Managing Partner, Marín's primary role is to keep the other team members in line. She is the cool, calm face that you'll see at the restaurant, but behind-the-scenes she's managing the restaurant staff and taking care of all front-of-the-house operations. What you may not know is that Marín is responsible for ARC's sexy look. She not only designed the space, but hand-crafted the bar, tables, stools and even installed the ceiling tile!
